Who are we?
RTT Group is an experienced and respected nationwide training company; established in 2003, to initially address the challenges faced by long term unemployed people and to provide support in getting them back to work. Our mission is to be a leading supplier of work based training and learning, and to improve people’s life opportunities.
We work with businesses in many sectors, from manufacturing and logistics, to service providers and the food industry; providing tangible solutions and benefits through work-based learning and qualifications, improving company responsiveness, increasing profitability, and delivering significant cost savings through improved productivity and reduced waste.
We are also working with the RIW (Routes into Work) and Apprenticeship programmes, delivering high quality sector specific training and qualifications, backed up by innovative recruitment and apprentice placement departments.
