Position: Job Placement Officer
Location: Cambridge
Hours: Full time (six month initial contract)
Wage: £14k per annum plus bonuses
RTT Group require a Job Placement Officer to become an active team member in the delivery of our Routes into Work Programme. Chiefly responsible for assisting clients on the programme into employment and working closely with our partners.

Wage: £14-16k per annum
RTT Group require an Administrator to join our Bedford team, providing administrative support. Responsible for the integrity of funding documentation, you should have an eye for detail, and experience of database software would be desirable.

Position: Peripatetic Tutors x2
Location: Cambridge/Suffolk
Hours: Full time - Initial 6 month contract
Wage: £21k per annum (pro rata)
RTT Group require two Peripatetic Tutors to provide tutor support and administration across various sites in the Cambridge and Suffolk areas, to deliver Real Time Training’s portfolio of courses across IT\Retail, Employability, Literacy and Numeracy including the delivery of qualifications at Level 1 and Level 2.
Willing to travel around the Cambridge and Suffolk areas, on an initial six month contract, although this may become a permanent position.
Essential requirements are PTTLS Qualification and own car. Mileage/travel expenses will be paid.

Position: Regional Performance Manager
Location: East of England
Hours: Full time
Wage: £25k per annum
RTT Group require a Regional Performance Manager to cover our East of England operations. Based from home, you will ideally be a car owner with a full licence. This is a varied role, including the conducting of first line quality assurance, internal verification, and contractual compliance.

Position: Fork Lift Instructor
Location: Long Eaton, Nottingham
Hours: Full time
Wage: £19-21k per annum
RTT Group require an experienced Fork Lift Truck Instructor for our Long Eaton centre. Providing tutor support and administration in the delivery of our FLT courses, including the delivery of qualifications at Level 1 and 2.

Position: Referral Partner Manager
Location: East of England
Hours: Full time
Wage: £19k per annum plus bonuses
RTT Group require a Referral Partner Manager for our East of England operations. Candidates must be willing to travel across the region and ideally be a car owner with a full licence. Experience in liaising with JCP and other agencies for referrals is essential and good experience working in a results and target focused environment.

Position: Apprenticeship Placement Officer
Location: Macclesfield
Hours: Full time
Wage: £16-18k per annum plus bonuses
RTT Group require an Apprenticeship Placement Officer to become an active member of the Apprenticeship Department and be chiefly responsible for the identification of work placement opportunities for 16-18 year old Apprentices, and the recruitment of suitable persons for those vacancies. In addition, interview young job seekers and effectively complete enrolment and review paperwork.
