The Apprenticeship
Our Apprenticeship frameworks follow a standard format that comprises:
A National Vocational Qualification at Level 2 (Level 3 for Advanced Apprenticeships)
Application of Number Key Skills (Mathematics)
Communication Key Skills (English)
A Technical Certificate
Personal, Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
We provide the knowledge and develop skills while the employer provides the practical experience to put those skills to the test. Training is all done in the workplace.

Certainly one of the more physically challenging Apprenticeships, as a Warehousing Apprentice you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement and tracking of goods. Whether conducting a daily stock inventory or arranging a product batch for dispatch, attention to detail and efficient communication are needed at all times. You will usually be working within a team and will be expected to pull your weight. Once you have qualified and gained experience, progression routes could include promotion to Shift Leader or even Warehouse Manager in the future.
