Help us improve! We take continuous improvement very seriously, and we want you to know what we do as a result of your feedback.
Your learning experience should be positive and of a high quality, so you can gain the skills and knowledge to progress and aspire to achieve. We will ensure our continuous improvement through analysing the data and your feedback through regular quality improvement meetings. Staff from across the company attend these meetings, including Tutors, Trainers, Assessors, and Senior Managers.
